Red Acre Barn Summer Fest Vendor Information
Welcome to Red Acre Barn Summer Fest hosted by Bub Olive!
About the Event
This stunning barn is located just 15 minutes from West Des Moines off of I 35! The indoor scenery is breathtaking with reclaimed barn wood throughout. Lighting cascades the ceilings and has been home to thousands of weddings and special events since opening. Outside, there you will find over 20 acres of rolling hills, a small vineyard, and a beautiful ceremony area with plenty of seating.
Market Hours
July 5th: 3:00PM - 8:00PM
July 6th: 9:00AM - 4:00PM
Vendor Fees
All vendor fees paid are non-refundable. The event will go on rain or shine. On the application, please select your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Choice. We will do our best to accommodate. Booth Fees:
Indoor 10 x 10: $175
Indoor 4 x 6: $100
Outdoor 10 x 10: $150 (Bring your own Tent)
Outdoor Covered Patio: $175 (limited spaces) (electricity available)
Tents will NOT fit under the covered patio
Food Trucks: $175
Food Trucks must complete all necessary documentation with Warren County. You will be required to submit certificate of mobile food vendor
Electricity hookups are available outside for food trucks, however, if you have a generator please bring it.

Please complete the vendor application as soon as possible! This is a juried market and we will strive for unique vendors and try to not duplicate similar items to achieve unique items in every booth!
Entrance Fees for Customers is $10 All Children under 18 are FREE! New This year!! We are asking each vendor to provide a donation of one item. These will be used for prize giveaways for games, and drawings. We will collect during setup Friday!
Each vendor will receive 2 wristbands at check in. Additional wristbands are available upon request.
Set Up
Setup will begin Friday at 10:00AM. Please be completely set up and cars parked in vendor parking by 2:30PM! The mowed grassy area will be for vendor and overflow parking again, same as the holiday market. If you are new to us this year, there will still be signage to direct you.
New this Year: All vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, etc. You are responsible for setting up your own space both inside and outside.
Tear Down
Tear down will begin at 4:00PM on Saturday. Please have your space cleared by 5:30PM. You are responsible for tearing down your space, and cleaning up around it before you leave. We want to leave the Barn as we found it!
Payment
All booth fees must be paid in full by April 30, 2024. Booth fees are non refundable. The event will go on rain or shine! Checks may be sent to:

Advertising
Red Acre Barn has graciously offered co-advertising of this event. They currently have over 5000 followers on Facebook and over 1,500 followers on Instagram. We will also deliver paid advertising to market this event. It is so important that each vendor share, share, and share again so that your followers can enjoy the opportunity to shop! Your photos will help us to share items available that buyers will want to…buy!
