Our wish is that you are completely satisfied with your Bub Olive products, but we know sometimes we need to make things right!  

For Online and in person purchases of already made items, there is a 14 day return/exchange policy.  All items must be in perfect condition. Custom orders are non refundable.  These items are handcrafted specifically to your design, therefore we cannot accept returns on these items.
